In this acrylics workshop, you'll learn to create provocative backgrounds, brilliant
staining effects and glowing passages to use alone or to complement traditional
acrylics and watercolours.
You'll work on three unique projects that will expand your field of painting
techniques. Due to drying time constraints, some projects will not be dry when
the class is finished - please be prepared to transport wet projects flat.
All materials are supplied. Please bring an apron or suitable change of clothing,
a large mixing palette or tray (not a tear-off palette) and 2 water containers (1
litre ice cream buckets or similar).
3 hours, $30.00 per person, $40 for non-members - includes all materials.
Minimum 6 participants, maximum 12. Some painting experience helpful, ages
18 & up.
