| I painted these chairs for a fundraiser for the Arts Council of Muskoka... although I hate to admit it now, it seems I also paint them for fun! |

| Each chair goes through many stages of painting... first a sanding and a coat of wood primer, then a base coat of the main colour, then layers of colour glazes for the details, and finally - many coats of UV-resistant acrylic varnish. Each averages about 40 hours of labour. Want one? Just ask - I'm hooked now!! |

| watch while I paint Matty's chair... he wants it by May 1st, think it's possible? This is one of those new-fangled folding chairs... very cool but tough to get into those tight spots... |
