Tri-Art's Acrylic Mediums & Grounds offer many exciting and innovative
surfaces for making art. Expand beyond your traditional drawing and painting
surfaces by experimenting with different supports, mediums & grounds to use
with drawing media. Discover exciting new textures and techniques to use alone
or mix with other drawing and painting techniques.
You'll leave this exciting acrylics workshop with some unique projects and
enough information to begin you on a new journey of painting with drawing
media. Your projects will be either finished or well underway. Due to drying time
constraints, some projects will not be dry when the class is finished - please be
prepared to transport wet projects flat.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your favourite drawing
media. Please bring an apron or suitable change of clothing, a large mixing
palette or tear-off palette and 2 water containers (1 litre ice cream buckets or
similar).
3 hours, $30.00 per person, $40 for non-members - includes all materials.
Minimum 6 participants, maximum 12. Suitable for all levels of experience, ages
16 & up.
